Healthy Living Week

First Years participated in our Healthy Living Week 23-27 April. While having great fun, everybody had the opportunity to work on 3 key areas of good health: eating well, getting physical exercise and taking care of our mental health.

Students took part in a poster competition, an assault course, a yoga class, mental health talks and finally, a Healthy Lunch Competition.

Well done to all involved; a thoroughly enjoyable week.
