Second Year students were presented with Certificates to recognise Academic Credits for the second school trimester in Athboy Community School today. Teachers and staff award credits to students to recognise effort, attainment and improvement in every subject as well as in all aspects of school life.
A certificate and an Athboy Town Voucher for €20 was presented to the person with the highest number of credits in each second year class. The winners were Weronika Wasik (Achill), Kaitlyn Gallagher (Blascaod), Eve Kelleher (Lambay), Hollieanne Farrow and Hannah Carr (Rathlin) and Naomi Richards (Toraigh).
Well done to all concerned.
