Parents Association Annual General Meeting Monday 14 October 2024

Our PA will have our AGM tomorrow evening at 7 pm.
All parents and guardians are asked to attend as guests so that your voice is heard.
Any parents or guardians who would like to join the PA are very welcome.
The PA meets around four times a year and supports the school by acting as a link between the school and the parents/guardians.
They inform parents/guardians of their rights and responsibilities and about various policies and procedures as well as the curriculum in the school.
From the PA, an executive is formed, which is made up of the chairperson, secretary, the treasurer and the public relations officer.
Meetings involve a cup of tea, an agenda based on what is happening in the school, and generally should be an hour in duration.
The only qualification needed is to be a parent/guardian of a student in the school.
