Eimear Casserly’s Cancer Care Fundraising

Pictured are Eimear Casserly, a third year student in Athboy Community School, and her father presenting a cheque to St Luke’s Hospital.

The amount was fundraised as a result of an annual 24 km sponsored walk in which Eimear has been participating for the past seven years.

In total over the past 11 years the walking group have raised over €140,000 for the Friends of St Luke’s Cancer Care.

Well done to Eimear and all of the walking group for supporting such a worthy cause.
