Chalk Talk

Athboy Community School once again feature prominently in this weeks Chalk Talk feature in the Meath Chronicle, compiled by journalist Aishling Monaghan. The paper is out now. It features an article on the school’s Remembrance tree co-ordinated by Miss Fitzsimons and the Honour Roll Ice-Skating trip co-ordinated by Miss Gallagher. 

In particular, congratulations to LCA1 student Niamh Colvin who has been chosen as the Chronicle’s ‘Student Voice’ for the week. Niamh is part of the Athboy Community School ‘Press Gang’ and has been busy writing articles for publication all year. Well done Niamh!

Elsewhere in the paper there is an artuicle featuring stuidents of the school who recently won the Le Cheile Credit Union Art Competition.
