Emerald Park Animal Care Visit- Pics

Second year students in Athboy C.S. went to Emerald Park today as part of their Animal Care course and learned about the habitat of various animals and how to care for them. The group got to engage in various activities and workshops advocating care for the environment and the animals that share it with us. They even got to make enrichment activities for the meerkats. 

The students and teachers enjoyed a great, informative day out, a day that will really help them in their ongoing coursework.
