Our School Self Evaluation and School Improvement Plan 2023-24

Our Key Targets

We set out to achieve key targets this year and have achieved the following and more;

• To draft and pilot a new Positive Behaviour System.
• An updated Mission Statement, redefined Core Values and a revised crest.
• A move to formative Assessment for Semester 2 Assessments.
• An Updated Digital Plan and a pilot of a UDL approach to presentation of content.
• To plan for a third special class for An Cuan.
• To increase uptake of the Transition Year Programme.
• A focus on introducing improving the aesthetics of key areas in our building.
• To plan for the introduction of Restorative Practice.
