The U19 girls basketball team had another great win today against Beaufort College, Navan, winning 46-21. The girls played really well from start to finish and scored some superb baskets. They put in a great effort both in attack and defence to secure a brilliant win for Athboy Community School.

The MVPs for the game were Laoise Hayes, Isabelle Donohoe-Moloney and Chloe Autet Arderius, who all had great performances throughout the match. Special mentions also go to Joy Inoh who was excellent on the rebounds and to Melissa Clarke.

Best wishes to the U16 girls basketball team who are playing Colaiste Na Mí on Friday 23rd.

Well done to all the girls and to coaches Mr. Mahon, Ms. Scally and Ms. Botha.
