Athletics Success for Junior Girls

There were two more successful events at the North Leinster Championships today for the Junior Girls! Second year student Sheila Croal placed 1st in the Junior Girls 2.75kg shot put throwing 10.10m.


Pearl Keogh, also in second year, placed 2nd in the Junior High Jump with a leap of 1m45. Well done to both girls on making the podium and to all athletes who represented the school.


Both Sheila and Pearl along with Nick Keogh in 6th Year will represent Athboy Community School in Leinster Athletics in Tullamore on 18th and 20th May.
